This dog was a stray and had been roaming the streets for weeks, even months. His rescue and transformation is really amazing!
He was an outcast who roamed the streets for weeks, if not months. The poor pup was in heartbreaking condition.
It had a chain that had been sitting on its tail for some ᴛι̇ɱe. Its tail was swollen beyond belief from the chain that was wrapped so tightly around it.
He was also covered in thousands of ticks, which only made the situation worse.
Once he was taken in, doctors had to amputate his tail and give him a blood transfusion. It took them nearly a week to get rid of all the dead ticks, despite their best efforts and careful removal of as ɱaпy as possible one at a ᴛι̇ɱe.
His metamorphosis is impressive in every way. He is currently in excellent health and has met ɱaпy new canine companions. Best of all, they accepted!
He now has a forever home and is enjoying a second chance at life. He wouldn’t have survived if this volunteer hadn’t found him and brought him here.
