A mum whose baby boy was born with a full head of snow white hair has said midwives were so surprised they took him for a tour round the hospital.
Archie Stone was born in Wokingham in Berkshire, on October 6 with thick hair as white as snow, much to the shock of midwives and doctors.
His mum Gemma, 34, said Archie followed in the footsteps of his older brother and sister, as they were born with the snow white hair as well, the Daily Record reports.
Gemma said: “He gets so much attention.
“The hospital staff had never seen a baby with so much and so blonde. He had a little tour around with the midwives which was funny.”

Gemma, who shares Archie, Kai, 10 and four-year-old Lilly with husband Ash, says she was crippled with heartburn throughout all three pregnancies, suggesting there may be some truth to the old wives tale about heartburn and hair.
She said: “He is my third to be born with such white hair, so I found it rather funny, I joked they are absorbing all my bleach.
“Both my older children were both born with mops of hair.
“They say heartburn is a sign of lots of hair, I’m not sure if it’s true but I had a lot.”

The mum-of-three says she now has strangers approaching her in the street to comment on how thick and white her baby boy’s hair is.
She said: “We went for breakfast as a family on Sunday and when I was feeding him a lot of people came over to comment on how blonde he was.”
And it doesn’t look like the attention will wane anytime soon, as if Archie is anything like his older siblings, he looks destine to keep his stunning snow-white hair.
Gemma added: “Archie’s is curly while the other two were not. They still have very blonde hair. I just hope he keeps his curls.”

Finnley was 14lbs 1oz when he was born, nearly double that of the average weight of a newborn.
Parents, Cary and Tim Patonai, knew they were expecting a big baby with doctors predicting he would weigh around 13.8lbs when he was born.
Cary said: “He was so big plus I had almost double the amniotic fluid, so to say I had a big baby belly and that I was absolutely completely uncomfortable isn’t enough.”

She had been scheduled in for a C-section but her surgery was moved forward when her waters broke at a doctor’s appointment, ironically, as she stood on the scales to be weighed.
“As soon as they pulled him out, they’re like, ‘Oh my gosh, that’s huge!’” she added.
“Everybody was freaking out, like, ‘I’ve never seen a baby that big, I can’t believe it’. So perfect and round in every way. He’s definitely my squishy little honey bear.”
